Apryl failed to impress any of the judges and was therefore not chosen. Later she was introduced to one of the artists who was on a tour with her as a backing singer. Within a couple of months, the couple made the decision to be one of eight cast members on Vh1's Hollywood. The first episode chronicles their pregnancies and their birth Megaa Omari. The second season examines Megaa's frustrations and insecurities regarding her career when she discovers new joys. Apryl and Omarion did not attend the filming of the reunion show from the second season since he was traveling. Apryl announced on the 7th of December 2015 that she and Omarion had quit the show. They will not appear in the next season. On March 7 2016 Apryl gave birth to their daughter, A'mei Kazuko Grandberry. Apryl, Omarion and their daughter A'mei Kazuko Grandberry declared that they'd broken the four-month gap. Apryl appeared on the show in season 4and met with Lil' Fizz to discuss the possibility of a B2K reunion. Apryl is back for the sixth season of the series, which follows her custody fight with Omarion as well as the speculation about her relationship Lil' Fizz. They admit to each other that they're romantically linked which has pushed Moniece as well as the rest of the actors into conflict.
